1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your handmade items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

• Free Shipping: All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Standard Shipping: For orders under $100, we charge a flat fee of $7.50.
• Our Fairness Guarantee: If the actual cost to ship your specific order is less than $7.50, we will only charge you the actual shipping cost.

2. Exchanges & Returns

Because our items are artisanal and often unique, we handle returns as follows:

• Exchange Only: We offer exchanges for items of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
• 30-Day Window: Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.

3. Order Fulfillment

As many of our products involve delicate materials like hand-tied pearls and premium fibers, please allow 3 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
